Another blue-chip collector car is the 1973 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona Berlinetta by Scaglietti.
Presented in the stunning shade of Rosso Chiaro and accompanied by the owner’s manual and tool roll,
this is a highly coveted example of Ferrari’s acclaimed continental GT car. Boasting Ferrari Classiche “Red
Book” certification, this fine example is estimated at €550,000 - €650,000. |
There are two exceptional 250 GTEs on offer, a beautiful and practical model that is increasingly in demand.
The first of the pair is a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTE 2+2 Series II by Pininfarina finished in beautiful,
factory-correct Grigio Notte over a Pelle Rossa interior, and accompanied by its Classiche certification,
which was secured in 2012 (Estimate: €350,000 - €450,000). The second is a 1963 Ferrari 250 GTE 2+2
Series III by Pininfarina, which has stayed with its current owner since 2008 and is ready for its next
adventure (Estimate: €200,000 - €240,000). |
For many, the 1950s was Ferrari’s golden era, and the 1959 Ferrari 250 GT Coupé Series I by Pinin
Farina offered in Munich is an elegant example of the breed. Presented in a beautiful two-tone colour
combination of Grigio Argento with a Grigio Fumo roof, this fully Classiche-certified example was first owned
by Swiss racing driver and hill climb champion Willy-Peter Daetwyler (Estimate: €500,000 - €600,000). |
Another great looking and practical Ferrari is the 1963 Ferrari 330 America 2+2 by Pininfarina. The car on
offer is the rarer ‘America’ variant, believed to be number 48 of the mere 50 that were ever built. Presented
with full Classiche certification, it is estimated to sell between €400,000 - €500,000 when it crosses the block
in late November. Also available in Munich is a 1964 Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 Series I by Pininfarina retaining
its matching-numbers chassis, engine, and rear axle (Estimate: €180,000 - €220,000). |
The 1983 Ferrari 512 BBi is the final iteration of Ferrari’s brutal Berlinetta Boxer—one of the most iconic
supercars of its era. The car offered in Munich was delivered to Auto Becker, the marque dealership in
Düsseldorf, Germany, in 1983 and has just 5,208 kilometres on the odometer at the time of cataloguing
(Estimate: €175,000 - €225,000). |
The sale also features a 1989 Ferrari 328 GTS (Estimate: €90,000 - €140,000); a very late-production 1991
Ferrari Testarossa (Estimate: €100,000 - €125,000 ); a 1969 Ferrari Dino 206 GT ‘Project’ by Scaglietti,
offered as a rare opportunity to acquire a project example (Estimated: €150,000 - €200,000); and a 1976
Ferrari Dino 308 GT4 with Classiche certification (Estimate: €70,000 - €90,000). |
